北德州文友社於二月四日舉辦新春聯誼及社務會議，推選出新任社長；由原任社長陳玉琳連任，並選出林良姿為副社長。

五位理事分別為甘秀霞、漢湘、謝素珠、孫淑芳、周曼。五位理事將與正副社長繼續推行社務。
